• Putty Base (2 attempts)
• Putty Catalyst (2 attempts)
• 2 x Light Body Syringes

Order Form Guidelines

Please fill out your order form accurately to ensure smooth processing. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly filled forms, even if we've communicated via email or Instagram its important the form has the full details of your order.

Taking Your Impression

• Take the impression at home by following the provided instructions
• Have your dentist assist you with the kit
  

Returning Your Impression Kit 

Please return your completed impression to us within one week of receiving your home impression kit. It is important you use a tracked delivery system to return the impression to us in case it is lost. 

Turnaround Time

Once your teeth impression has been received by our workshop, we will begin working on your order, our current turnaround time is 5 weeks from the day your kit arrives back with us.
