Our 2-Step Mould Kit allows you to take your dental impression at home or with your dentist. Your kit includes: 

  • Top or Bottom trays
  • Putty Base (2 attempts)
  • Putty Catalyst (2 attempts)
  • Light Body Syringe
  • Order Form

Want to save some time on your order?

If you can have a dentist complete a putty mould or a 3D scan for you, we highly recommend this option. This ensures a professional-quality mould and saves time on shipping. You can either ship the 3D mould to us or email the file for printing, printing of the mould comes at a cost of £20.

Please fill out your order form accurately to ensure smooth processing. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly filled forms, even if we've communicated via email or Instagram its important the form has the full details of your order.

Taking Your Impression

  • Take the impression at home by following the provided instructions
  • Have your dentist assist you with the kit

Returning Your Impression Kit 

Please return your completed impression to us within two weeks of receiving your home impression kit. After this timeframe you will be required to purchase a fresh kit. It is important you use a tracked delivery system to return the impression to us in case it is lost. 

Turnaround Time

Once your teeth impression has been received by our workshop, we will begin working on your order, our current turnaround time is 1 month from the day your kit arrives back with us.

 

Home Impression Kit Terms and Conditions

  • Customers have a 14-day window to cancel their order for home impression kits, starting from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders are only applicable if the cancellation occurs within the 14-day period.
  • After the 14-day period expires, refund requests will not be entertained.
  • The returned home impression kit must be unused and in its original condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds for cancelled grillz orders will result in a 50% refund of the product's cost, due to the purchase of metals and stones for the production.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • If your teeth impression is inaccurate you will need to purchase another kit
  • If you return your kit later than two weeks from the date purchased, you will be liable to purchase a fresh kit.
