TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions govern your use of our Grillz, products, and services provided by LOUD MOUTH LDN. By purchasing and using our Grillz, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.


1. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

1.1. Order Placement:
You may place an order through our website or by visiting our studio. By doing so, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

1.2. Deposit:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on your custom Grillz. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch or collection.

1.3. Payment:
You agree to pay the full amount (including any taxes and shipping fees) using the methods provided at checkout.


2. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS & CUSTOMS

2.1. International Orders:
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for all international shipping costs and for returning your dental mould to us. Refunds are not available once your order has been placed, so please factor this into your decision.

2.2. Customs Fees:
You are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or delivery fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the purchase price and must be paid upon delivery if applicable.

2.3. Returning Moulds:
When returning your dental mould, you must declare its value as £0 on the customs form. The mould has no commercial value and should not be valued at the price of the Grillz. Incorrect declarations may lead to customs charges, which you will be responsible for.


3. DENTAL MOULDS & CUSTOM GRILLZ

3.1. Customisation:
All Grillz are custom-made based on the mould you provide. We recommend impressions be taken by us or a dental professional. We guarantee your Grillz will fit the mould sent to us but cannot be responsible for issues caused by inaccurate impressions.

3.2. Home Impressions:
If using a home kit, it is your responsibility to follow instructions carefully. Poor moulds may result in poor fit — this is not considered a fault or grounds for refund.

3.3. Adhesive Use:
Some styles may require dental adhesive for a secure fit. Larger sets tend to have a stronger natural grip than thinner or spaced designs. Variation in fit is normal due to individual anatomy.

3.4. Mould Approval:
Even if a mould is initially approved based on photos or return inspection, we may later determine that a new mould is required. Photos can be misleading, and our goal is to ensure a proper fit and finish. We reserve the right to request a new mould at any time if the original doesn’t meet our standards.


4. ADJUSTMENTS & FIT GUARANTEE

4.1. Adjustment Period:
You have 14 days from receiving your Grillz to raise any issues regarding fit or comfort. We’ll make necessary adjustments free of charge within this period.


5. CARE & MAINTENANCE

5.1. Aftercare:
Please follow the care instructions on our website to keep your Grillz looking their best. This includes how to clean, store, and maintain your custom jewellery.

5.2. Wear and Tear:
Wear and tear from normal use is expected and is the customer’s responsibility. Grillz are jewellery and will naturally show signs of use over time.


6. ETA (ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL)

6.1. Standard ETA:
Our standard ETA is 4 weeks for small, classic, and basic designs. This timeframe may vary during our busiest periods throughout the year.

6.2. Postal Orders:
For postal orders, the ETA begins either once your mould reaches us, or—if the design requires your approval—once you have confirmed the wax work or CAD design. The ETA ends once the product is completed and ready for shipment.

6.3. Delays:
In the event that the ETA is extended due to sourcing stones, failed casts, or other unforeseen issues, this does not constitute grounds for a refund. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, delays can occur.


7. REFUNDS, RETURNS & WARRANTY

7.1. Cancellation Policy:
You have the right to cancel your order within 21 days of purchase, provided that your home impression kit has not been used and production on your custom Grillz has not yet begun. To cancel within this period, you must notify us in writing via email.

7.2. Store Credit After 21 Days:
After the 21-day cancellation period has expired, refunds will no longer be issued. However, you may be eligible for a store credit equivalent to your order amount, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

7.3. Order Fulfilment Window:
All orders must be completed within 3 months of the order date. This includes returning your home impression kit and providing any required approvals (such as design or wax confirmations). If your impression kit or necessary information is not returned within this period, your order will be deemed void. No refund or store credit will be due after this time.

7.4. Custom and Hygienic Products:
All Grillz are custom-made to your dental mould and are exempt from standard “change of mind” returns under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b).

7.5. Failure to Return Impression Kits:
Failure to return your home impression kit within the 3-month fulfilment window will result in the order being marked as abandoned, and you will forfeit any right to a refund or store credit.

7.6. Non-Responsiveness:
If you fail to respond to communication attempts or do not provide necessary approvals or materials within the 3-month timeframe, the order will automatically expire and become void without refund.

7.7. Processing of Refunds or Credits:
Approved refunds or store credits will be processed within 14 working days of confirmation.

7.8. Acknowledgment:
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept that all custom Grillz orders are non-refundable beyond the 21-day cancellation period and that orders unfulfilled within 3 months will be void with no entitlement to refund or credit.


8. WARRANTY

8.1. Warranty:
A 14 working day limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only. This does not include misuse, accidental damage, or improper care. All Grillz are photographed before being handed over or shipped.


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1. Ownership:
All LOUD MOUTH LDN designs, branding, and content remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs or branding without written permission.


10. PRIVACY POLICY

10.1. Your Data:
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information collected is used only to process your order and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


11. HOME IMPRESSION KIT TERMS

11.1. Cancellation Window:
Customers have 21 days from the date of purchase to cancel their home impression kit order, provided the kit has not been used or opened.

11.2. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only available if cancellation occurs within the 21-day window and the kit is returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

11.3. Store Credit After 21 Days:
After the 21-day window, no refunds will be issued. Store credit may be offered at our discretion.

11.4. Return Deadline:
Kits must be returned within 7 days of cancellation confirmation. Late returns or failure to return will forfeit any refund or store credit entitlement.

11.5. Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be issued within 14 working days of cancellation confirmation.

11.6. Impression Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for taking their impressions correctly. If your impression is inaccurate, a new kit must be purchased at your own expense.


12. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them before ordering.
