These terms and conditions govern your use of our grillz, products and services provided by LOUD MOUTH LDN. By purchasing and using our Grillz, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Ordering and Payment
1.1. Order Placement: You may place an order for Grillz through our website or by visiting our shop. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
1.2. Payment: You agree to pay the full amount for the Grillz, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, as indicated during the checkout process.
1.3. International Orders: For international orders, please check the return shipping costs for returning your mould to us prior to placing an order. The customer is responsible for covering the return postage expenses, as refunds are not provided post-purchase.
2. Custom Grillz
2.1. Customisation: Our Grillz are custom-made to fit your dental specifications. For home impressions, you must provide accurate dental impressions as instructed when placing your order. Any inaccuracies in the provided information are your responsibility.
2.2. Adjustments: We provide a 14-day adjustment period from the day you receive your Grillz. If the Grillz do not fit properly or if you have any other concerns, you must notify us within this period. We will work with you to make necessary adjustments at no additional cost.
3. Care and Maintenance
3.1. Cleaning and Maintenance: To ensure the longevity of your Grillz, we recommend following our comprehensive care instructions, which are provided on our website under the 'Aftercare' section. Proper care is not only essential for preserving the aesthetic appeal of your Grillz but also for maintaining their structural integrity.
3.2. Customer Responsibility for Wear and Tear: It's important to note that regular wear and tear, which occurs naturally over time, is the customer's responsibility. While we take pride in crafting durable and high-quality Grillz, exposure to daily activities and usage patterns may result in gradual wear and cosmetic changes. These changes are expected and considered a normal part of the ageing process for dental accessories.
4. Refunds and Returns
4.1. Refunds: Due to the customised nature of our Grillz and for reasons related to health and safety, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defects.
4.2. Returns: For cases of defects or quality issues identified within the 14 working days period, we will gladly address them and provide necessary solutions.
5. Warranty
5.1. Limited Warranty: We provide a limited warranty for our Grillz, covering manufacturing defects for a period of 14 working days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or failure to follow our care instructions. Each piece we make goes through a meticulous quality check at each stage of the process, all orders are then photographed for our records before being given to our customers.
