Your mould appointment will take around 15 minutes to complete, you can discuss your ideas in more depth during your appointment. 

Our current turnaround time is around 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and how busy we are.

• We take a non-refundable £10 deposit for your booking.
• We allow a 15 minute grace period from the time your appointment is booked. If you are going to be late, please message us via IG or email to let us know. 
• We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment, otherwise the deposit will be lost.
• In the event you are later than 15 minutes or do not attend your appointment without giving notice, your deposit will be lost and you will be required to book a new appointment.
